Before You Accept Your Order
1. Please do not accept a package that appears broken, tampered with, or resealed with plain tape over the original security seal.
2. We strongly recommend recording one continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label, package condition, and all contents.
3. An unboxing video helps us verify and resolve claims quickly. In exceptional cases where a video is unavailable, VARA may request additional supporting evidence before making a decision.
Returns & Replacements
As food products, VARA spices are generally non-returnable. However, if your order has a verified manufacturing defect, quality issue, shipping damage, incorrect item, or qualifies under our Satisfaction Guarantee, we will review the case and offer an appropriate resolution, including a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Damaged, Tampered or Incorrect Orders
1. If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or resealed, please refuse delivery whenever possible.
2. If you discover an issue after delivery, do not use the product.
3. Take clear photographs of the package and product.
4. Notify VARA within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Share your unboxing video, if available, to help us process your request faster.
6. If you receive the wrong product or incorrect quantity, notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you believe the product does not meet the quality standards promised by VARA, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Products submitted for review should not be consumed beyond a reasonable quantity required for quality evaluation. Depending on our assessment, we may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error on VARA's part.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 3 hours of confirmation. Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded to the original payment method. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can coordinate with our courier partner.
Delays Beyond Our Control
VARA is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
